We’re pleased to report that improvements are underway for the ICAOS Learning Management System (LMS). While the root cause of recent performance issues has been identified, implementing a permanent fix will take more time than initially expected.

In the meantime, the LMS remains fully accessible, and behind-the-scenes optimizations have already led to a noticeable drop in reported issues. To get the best experience, we recommend accessing the system during non-peak hours—before 10 a.m. or after 4 p.m. ET—when system traffic is typically lighter and performance is more stable.

ICAOS On-Demand training modules provide 24/7 access to a variety of information related to the Compact rules and processes.

Modules should be accessed using an unrestricted computer without the use of a Virtual Private Network (VPN.) Check here for training module viewing requirements.

After creating an account on the training site, Commissioners and DCAs may request administrator access for themselves or designated compact staff by submitting a request to the ICAOS/ICOTS Support Site
